- Customs processing times vary by country, and the seller cannot influence or expedite the process. The customer must monitor and manage any necessary customs procedures.
- Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- All orders are processed within 5-15 business days. Custom or made-to-order artworks may require additional processing time.

Final Sale Policy
All artworks sold on our platform are original creations by the artist. Due to the unique and handmade nature of these items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds based on a change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you were sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@artlierjib.com. You must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the item. To facilitate resolution, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, in cases of defective or incorrect items:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they choose to return an item under the EU 14-day cooling-off period (excluding defective items).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As per our policy, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Custom-made or commissioned artworks
- Limited edition pieces
- Items damaged due to customer handling or improper care
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order artworks. If you believe your order qualifies under this policy, please contact us for further guidance.
Refunds
As all sales are final, refunds are generally not provided. However, if an exception is made due to an issue with your order, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please reach out to us at hello@artlierjib.com.
